In larger installations it may be a requirement that we spend a little more time reviewing your data offsite. We would then arrange another meeting to run through our findings. We will always confirm this information to you in writing.
Our customers requirements and phone usages are constantly changing. To ensure you remain on the most effective tariff for your business we ain to carry out a review every quarter.
As part of this review we will revisit the reasons we originally recommended your package and ensure they are still sound. We will then review your monthly billing to check that your minutes/text/data allocations are accurate. We will also discuss any imminent future plans you may have that will impact your mobile phone usage.
Should you decide to move your mobile phone services to a different service provider we will manage the porting of your current numbers across to the new service.
